At Rarebird, our goal is to always provide you with both high-quality coffee and service, making it easy to elevate your daily coffee ritual.

Returns

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return unopened coffee bag orders within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Since coffee is perishable and prepared to order, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags.

Incorrect Orders

Got the wrong item(s)? If the order you received is incorrect, please email us ASAP with a photo so that we can replace it with the correct one(s) and get you on your way.

Please reach us at contact@rarebird.coffee within 2 weeks of delivery with your order number (if known), full name, and a reason for your return.
